International Online payments are only available to International prepaid Cards (i.e. Travel cards) and FCY freedom cards.
International travel card is provided against passport, visa and confirmed air ticket.
You need to submit an application (Internet Payment Gateway Activation) to your branch for activating online transactions via your Card. There will be a standard form for IPG activation at our Branches; cardholder needs to fill all the required details including mobile number and email address. This Mobile number and email address is used to send the One Time Password (OTP) for authorization during online Transactions. Once IPG is activated on your card, you can enjoy online payments via Card.
While trying to make the payment online, the merchant’s website will require the Cardholder to put their Name, Card number, Expiry date and CVV Number. Once all the details are verified, the system will send OTP in the cardholder’s registered email / Mobile. Cardholder need to correctly furnish the OTP for completing the transaction.
Cardholders are highly advised to make payments online only in the websites displaying “Verified by Visa Logo”
