How can customer open DEMAT account?

Customer can open DEMAT account by visiting nearest NIC ASIA branch. DEMAT account will be opened in co-ordination with NIC ASIA Capital Limited.

In case you are currently residing outside the country, you can register your Demat through the provided link: https://dematonline.nicasiacapital.com/Global/OnlineKyc/Individual

As you are at abroad, we can verify your Demat through online, but we kindly request you to provide the following documents to verify your Demat account online, considering your current foreign employment:

An application with the document below and with a brief explanation of why you are unable to visit NIC ASIA Bank/Capital for verification, stating that you are currently residing outside the country due to foreign employment.

1. Handwritten application with your signature and demat number.

2. A clear photo of your citizenship document.

3. A recent photograph of yourself.

4. A scanned copy of your passport (photo page).

5. A scanned copy of your valid visa.

6. A scanned copy of your work permit.

Please ensure that the documents are clear. Kindly email the mentioned documents to us at onlinedemat@nicasiacapital.com. Also, you need to be self-present at NIC ASIA Bank/ Capital Branches after you return in Nepal.
